I recently used Home Inspection Professionals for my home inspection service on my recent house that I purchased.  They were on time for the appointment and when I mean on time I mean early to the appointment. If you are on time you are late in my book, so I was impressed off the get go.  I asked why, and they said, so they could meet the sellers of the home to get a feel of the type of people they are. 
My inspection was in February and the home inspector shoveled the sidewalk, key areas around the house and even got up on the roof.  The internal inspection was thorough and we even went over areas of potential health concern from air ducts, carpet cleaning and key areas to watch for moisture and bugs. Everything from appliances to cabinet knobs were checked.  I have had other inspections done not only in Michigan, but also, Indian, Minnesota, Arkansas, Colorado and Nebraska and this has been not only the most pleasant, but professional and easiest inspection thus far.  Thank you for the great job and will definitely refer and use your company again!
